BeavEx is a long-time leader in the application of technology to solve our customers' concerns. Our technology, The BeavEx Advantage technology platform, is tightly integrated with our business and a key success driver for us. We can provide our customers with everything from network optimization to real-time track-and-trace to online reporting.
The Platform
For BeavEx to deliver on our customer promises, we built a solid, well thought out technology platform. We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. Our system availability is 99.999%, indicating downtime of less than 8 minutes per year. The system is highly scalable. The BeavEx Advantage is designed to accommodate tens of thousands of routes and hundreds of thousands of locations and packages.
The core module for the BeavEx Advantage is CB 3.0, our terminal operating system. In addition to managing scheduled services, CB 3.0 integrates OnDemand orders for zone distributions, hot shots and dynamic routing. Another module, AS Transit™, captures field data including barcode scans, digital signatures, and proof of delivery. Other specialty modules such as, MailTrack™, AS Receive™ and Branch Origination™, track package movements while in the customer's possession.
Route Optimization
Smart network optimization is a critical differentiator for our service solution. Our LogistEx team runs specialized programs to develop hundreds of routing scenarios based on feedback from customers and operations. This analysis ensures that we provide our customers with the most efficient and cost effective solution possible.
Field Data Collection
Our closed loop tracking of shipments drives savings for our customers. From advanced shipping notice to website supply chain tracking and reporting, our goal is to capture 100% of the pickup and delivery activity electronically and close the information loop. Our preference is to collect data via barcode scanner, but our system will support other electronic task and activity capture means, as well as manual data entry into the system in cases where other alternatives are not available.

Our dispatchers use CB 3.0 to manage network operations in real-time. Our dispatchers have multiple instant communication options with our owner-operator drivers. We are never out of touch with them and are able to respond quickly to changing needs. |
Reporting
The route, stop, package and POD data we collect is the basis for reporting our performance to customers. Reports are available via our web portal. We also email reports directly to our customers, and can export raw data into customer tracking and reporting systems.
